limpia.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Este proyecto parte de una condici\u00f3n espacial muy clara: doble altura, luz abundante, superficies blancas continuas y una arquitectura interior que favorece la lectura del vac\u00edo. Acentos pop muy medidos<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">La consola lacada en naranja, la obra intervenida de gran formato y ciertos objetos decorativos introducen una dimensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s l\u00fadica y m\u00e1s inesperada.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Estos gestos son esenciales porque evitan que el proyecto se vuelva excesivamente correcto. Hay una sensaci\u00f3n clara de ligereza estructural y de continuidad entre niveles.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">La casa no solo se recorre: tambi\u00e9n se percibe en
